Delivery & Returns
BodyScience New Zealand Limited charges a flat rate of $10 per order for delivery to any New Zealand address.
International shipping is currently unavailable.
We use Fastway for most of our deliveries but we may occasionally use other carriers when required. All carriers deliver to street addresses only and cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Bags.
Your package will be well-wrapped and as properly packed as possible to avoid breakage. Please inspect each item at the time of delivery, signing for your delivery confirms acceptance of your order in that condition.
On the BodyScience New Zealand Limited website, all stock items are marked either IN STOCK or have an estimated delivery time. We hold the majority of our stock in-house so most goods are shipped within one day of the order being placed.
Sometimes we may temporarily run out of stock. If this happens, we’ll notify you and provide a new expected delivery period. You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Below are our target delivery times. Please note that these are not guaranteed:
- Orders to residential addresses should arrive by 4pm on the second working day
- Orders to rural delivery addresses should arrive within 2 – 4 working days
- Orders to rural addresses due to the travel times and distances may at the discretion of the delivery driver be left at the address in as secure a location as possible, within their opinion. Where such delivery cannot be safely made, orders are held at the delivery depot for collection or return to sender.
- Redelivery can incur an additional delivery charge.
- Full rurual delivery terms can be accessed on the Fastway Couriers website.
- By entering a rural address for delivery, the purchaser accepts rural delivery terms as listed above and on the Fastway Courier website.
Alternate courier option
- Orders within Auckland should arrive between 1 – 3 days
- Orders to all other areas should arrive between 2 – 4 days
Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the given delivery timeframe.
Please check your parcels carefully when you receive them. If you have any issues with your delivery then please contact us within seven days so we can rectify the issue. Please ensure you keep the original packaging and any other documentation.
If you have received a faulty product, you can return your purchase for either a replacement or credit. Please contact us if you need to return your product.
For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post or tracked courier. Credit cannot be applied and replacements cannot be sent until faulty goods have been received back into BodyScience New Zealand.
